Our Leadership

Founder, Nominated Individual & Registered Manager   With a background in education, psychotherapy, and trauma-informed care, bringing both strategic leadership and heartfelt compassion to Riverside Care Group. As the Nominated Individual and Registered Manager, Oversees the quality, safety, and vision of the service—ensuring that every individual receives care that is not only compliant, but deeply person-centred.  Experience spans supported living, mental health, and culturally sensitive practice. 

With over 25 years of experience in both children’s and adult social care, our Senior Social Worker brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and leadership to Riverside Care Group. Her career has spanned frontline safeguarding, therapeutic intervention, and systemic family work—making her an invaluable asset to our team and the individuals we support.

She is also the author of several therapeutic books for children, using creative tools to help young people process trauma, build resilience, and find their voice. Her approach is deeply trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and rooted in the belief that every person—regardless of their past—deserves the opportunity to heal and thrive.
